WIP Avengers Movie Dr Bruce Banner - Mark Ruffalo
Here's a work in progress mock up of Mark Ruffalo as Dr Bruce Banner.
Still considering whether to put him in a lab coat or a casual jacket. Maybe even the DC Signature Constantine body?

My First Custom - Marvel Select Hulk
Updated Completed Pictures.
WIP Pictures below
After practicing various painting techniques on a bootleg Savage Hulk, I thought I would finally try on an actual figure.
I purchased a Enlarged Face-Off Hulk, Open Mouth Variant from Glassman Custom and bought an additional Marvel Select Avengers Hulk.
Here is the head cast, next to a Toy Biz Twist'N Slam Hulk Head.
I realised that I will need some sculpting for it to fit on the MS Avengers Hulk
I used Tamiya Putty, Quick Type as I this creates a close fit for the peg on the neck and I didn't want to risk the peg getting stuck to the putty.
The hole was filled with the putty and I stuck the neck peg inside, twisted it around a bit to get a range of motion, and also kept moving it to make sure that it won't be bonded to the putty.
I also had to sculpt the side of the face so as to hide the neck better when it is on the figure's neck.
If you don't fill the original hole, the whole head would sit too low in the neck.
Here's a shot comparing the cast vs the MS Avengers Hulk head
I warm water to soak the neck and head and popped the head off
Here is a shot of the neck peg on the figure
Next, I primed the head using citadel abaddon black (Skipping the teeth and eyes) and dry brushed with Waaagh Flesh, Loren Forest, Straken Green. Then I mixed some Khorne red with some green and drybrushed the insides of the mouth. I also used a mixture of white + Khorne Red to give the eyes a slight pink in the eye whites.
Then I cleaned up the teeth with white paint and painted in the pupils.
Used Straken Green for the pupils as well.
I used a 2 part Straken Green and 1 part yellow to drybrush the face again to make the face closer to the color of the body
Then the whole head was sealed with Mr Hobby Topcoat Matt (Water Based)
Here's a pic after touch up and on the MS Figure. Haven't got round to prepping the body for repaint yet
Some Comparison shots with other Hulks. Red Hulk, MS Avengers Hulk, Face-Off Hulk

Marvel Select The Avengers Hulk
Finally got a restock of this figure. Had been waiting a long time as I had missed the first shipment as it was just before I started collecting Action Figures
I like it a lot, more than the comics version of the Marvel Select Hulk. Not sure how it compares to the Hasbro Walmart exclusive one. Maybe will get that if the whole 6" Avengers figures gets released locally.
This figure is actually cheaper for me vs shipping the Hasbro figures. I am still looking to see if I can get a Marvel Legends Face-Off Hulk for a good price locally. Missed getting it off ebay before the avengers movie. Now that's really expensive even before shipping costs.

Marvel Select, Marvel Avengers Hawkeye
Got this today! Movie Hawkeye.
I haven't taken pics of him out of the package.
The back quiver is stuck on his back and is full of pre-molded arrows.
His Accessories include a sort of section of a metal bridge. There are no pegs on the bridge to plug him in. He has no plug holes on his sole also.
He has 1 arrow. However, there is no place to for him to store this arrow in the quiver and he does not hold the arrow well.
There is no string on his bow as well.
His head is on a ball joint, but not much forward backward movements.
He has a sort of ball jointed chest, meaning he can rock side to side and also swing side to side. No Ab crunch. He does have bicep swivel, wrist swivel.
He has the thigh swivel and the usual ball joint at the hips. Double jointed Knees. He can move his foot front and back slightly and also a side to side rocker ankle.
Interestingly, in the artwork, Hawkeye is holding the bow in his left hand. However, in the toy picture on the back, he is shown holding the bow in his right hand.
The artwork is correct of course. His left fingers have a sort of sheath to hold arrows. There is a slit between his index and middle fingers, supposedly to hold the arrow. However, he doesn't hold the arrow well. He can hold the bold fine though.
Size-wise, he is shorter than Marvel Select Black widow, but slightly taller than Marvel Select Black Widow 2.
I'll try to get a pic one of these days
Overall, I quite like the figure. Details on his body armor and pants are great.
