Knock off Loose Revoltech Ironman Mk III
Found this locally loose. No extra hands, only the base.
The colors on the base is a little different and the paint is not as good as the original.
Some comparison pics below with a real Revoltech Ironman Mk VI

KO CHMS Starscream (Ghost Version)
Got this from the recent haul from Taobao. Unfortunately, it's missing a missile, so am waiting to see if I can get a replacement. Joints are nice and tight for a KO. The color applications are a bit faint and looks to be hand painted.

KO Classics Optimus Prime and Nemesis Prime
Bought these 2 KOs to use with the KO Commander sets. Haven't found Ultra Magnus at this point. So far, most of the joints are pretty tight, except for the waist. I bought them loose to save a bit on shipping. The card on the original is crazily big.
Probably have to do some touchups on the commander upgrade sets, especially the shoulders. If I still can't find Ultra Magnus, Maybe I'll get another Nemesis prime and paint it white myself.
One of the smokestack guns came with a manufacturing defect. I'm trying to see if the seller can send me a replacement. I used some rubbing alcohol to remove the Decepticon logo on Optimus Prime. Waiting for my Reprolabels to come so that I can put the correct label on Optimus. Paint apps are ok, Some spillage in some areas.
The Smokestack guns are pretty loose. Trying some Pledge with Future Shine and it works much better than the Tamiya Extra Thin Cement.
KO Nemesis has a tighter waist. Noticed that it has a rivet instead of the screw in Optimus.

Transformers Original and KO Haul This week
So, I've decided to give Taobao a try via a Singapore Agent 65daigou. After trying to get various stuff for a while, got my first shipment in, which consists of 9 items.
1) Leader HFTD Starscream
It's still in the box and I haven't decided if I want to get it out or just keep it in the box
EDIT (18 Jan 2012): I have gotten a 3rd party upgrade set for this Leader
2) KO MP-01 Masterpiece Optimus Prime

2) KO MP-01 Masterpiece Optimus Prime
The last pic shows the figure painted with paint marker that the seller has in his store. Also added reprolabels for MP-01 and also some yellow paint detailing. The figure is not bad, one of its oil tanks seems to be pushed out too much by the spring. Haven't found a way to open it to correct it.
The vents on the shin were installed wrongly out from the box. So I had to open it and correct it.
Also stuck the Autobot symbol purchased from the seller as wel.
It comes with a mini Megatron gun and his energon axe as well. The lights in his chest works to light up his removable matrix.
Some joints were loose and I used some Tamiya Extra Thin Cement to tighten the joints.
The silver/black gun that the figure is holding is a separate purchase from another seller who designed it for MP-01.
I also bought and installed magnets to keep the upper torso connected to the lower legs. Doesn't seem to work and the figure holds better if you press the front abdomen grills properly in so that it holds. It's a bit loose still.
I also installed longer smokestacks purchased from yet another seller
It is still missing some silver paint on some areas near the wheel, eg the suspension system and the teeny wheelwell highlight on the front and rear wheels. The chest and bicep area also seems to have a wrong application of white instead of grey on the original.
I have ordered the IGear Ultra Leader, so lets see how that compares
3) KO Sideways
Some transformation has been simplified. Didn't really like the quality of plastics. Roof of the car is transparent blue. It came with the chest piece dislodged. Maybe will search for the original Sideways. However, I already have Deadend, which is the same mold
4) KO Human Alliance Barricade
A bit disappointed in the figure. One of its arms came broken. The plastic is really hard and feels brittle. So I don't think it can last. Initially, wanted to get this and keep my original HA Barricade in box. Looks like I may open it afterall. Should I try for another KO HA Barricade and hope that it comes out better?
