This blue one came in great condition. The Blue portions are of a metallic paint with Gold trimmings and Silver Highlights.
Really Nice
The shoulder pads are of a soft rubber, like-wise, the whole upper torso armor is of this soft rubber.
This allows for reasonable articulation.
